Return Policy

Returns are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns that are past two weeks will not be accepted. Tags must be attached and in the original packaging. If it is not, it will not be accepted for a return. We do not accept exchanges at this time. In order for your return to be completed, your packaging slip is required. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when you return your item. Shipping costs are non - refundable.

We are not responsible for items being shipped to the wrong address. Please be sure to put in the correct address when you checkout. If the item is sent back to us, you will need to pay a $7.00 shipping fee before we send it back to you. If you have already checked out and realize that you have entered the wrong address, immediately email us cottonandrosemary@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that we can have your address changed in time, so please over look your order carefully before you complete your purchase.


Returning Sale items

All sale items, including those purchased using a sale code, will always be final sale! We will not be refunding or issuing a store credit if you purchase one of our sale items. Since these items will be final sale, please do not mail them back to us. We will not issue any refund and will charge a shipping fee to have the items returned back to you.


Tracking Items

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking number states that the package has been delivered. All packages will come with a USPS tracking number and will be including in your shipping information after your purchase has been completed.

Tracking number says that your package has been delivered but you can’t locate it -

If we file a claim with USPS and your tracking number says delivered, the claim will be denied and closed by USPS. We recommend that you check with your neighbors, roommates, spouse, & children. You can also check with your local postal delivery person and visit your local post office. Sometime USPS can can track the gps coordinates of the location where the package was scanned as delivered and track down the package. If you suspect that your package has been stolen, please contact your local police department.
